Present: Hansen, Slavicek, Peters, Meyer, Arter, Gibson
Absent: Schlipp
Meeting called to order at 6:05 PM by President Gibson.
Pledge of allegiance led by President Gibson.
Motion by Trustee Arter to accept the agenda as written seconded by Trustee Peters.
Motion passed 6 yea 0 nay.
Motion by Trustee Arter to add Treasurer Dawn Rush, Trustee Steve Slavicek and
President Lori Gibson to the newly created Capital Funds account at chase Bank
seconded by Trustee Peters. Motion passed 6 yea 0 nay.
Motion by trustee Arter for Treasurer Dawn Rush to receive an increase of fifty cents per
hour effective at the completion of her ninety days seconded by trustee Hansen. Motion
passed 6 yea 0 nay. This will increase Treasurer Rush's pay from $10.00/hour to
$10.50/hour. Conversation centered around the positive work habits of Treasurer Rush
and Clerk Moore. Several trustees expressed that they have personally observed a vast
improvement since Village manager Gardner's contract was not renewed. Checks and
balances are in place and regular office hours are maintained to assist residence.
Motion to adjourn by trustee Hansen seconded by trustee Arter. Motion passed 6 yea 0
nay. Meeting adjourned by President Gibson at 6:26.
