Minutes
Thursday, January 21, 2010 @ 6:00pm
Meeting called to order by President Gibson at 6:00pm. Followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: Trustees: Arter, Hansen, Peters, Schlipp, Slavicek, President Gibson
Absent: Trustee: Meyer
Motion by Peters to Approve Agenda. 2ndy by Slavicek. Motion carried.
New Business:
Motion by Schlipp to extend the line of credit on Loan 1 at 1st Source Bank through March 31, 2010.
2nd by Slavicek. Roll call vote was taken:
Pat Arter – Yes
Kim Peters – Yes
Don Schlipp – Yes
Steve Slavicek – Yes
Lori Gibson – Yes
Motion carried.
Motion by Slavicek to extend the line of credit on Loan 2 at 1st Source Bank through March 31, 2010.
2nd by Peters. Roll call vote was taken:
Pat Arter – Yes
Ken Hansen – Yes
Kim Peters – Yes
Don Schlipp – Yes
Steve Slavicek – Yes
Lori Gibson – Yes
Motion carried.
Public Comment:
Residents had question regarding the line of credit. It was also asked if Council had considered letting
properties go back to the bank.

Hanson was not called on for vote on Loan 1 extension. A second roll call vote was taken:
